With the Accounts Payable service from Foster Results your vendors get paid on time, every time...and you'll never see late fees again! We will process all of your Accounts Payable, cut checks, and pay all your bills on your behalf.

How Accounts Payable Works

It's simple! Get your bills to us, and we'll take care of the rest.

• Some of our clients fax their bills to us, some scan and email them, and some still send big white envelopes to our office. Some bills are even mailed directly to our PO box.
   
• Once we receive your bills, your Staff Accountant will contact you to discuss how you want those bills to be paid, what process to follow:
  • Most clients want their bills to be paid on time, but not late.
  • Some of them though want their bills paid immediately when they come in, the next payment run.
  • Some of them want to push the terms out for 15 days, if it’s not a utility or rent, to buy themselves some more cash flow.
     
• We determine exactly how you want your bills handled, and will process all your bills in that manner. We will also advise you on what’s in your best interest.
   
• We watch the bills for pattern changes or mistakes. If a bill is higher than the standard monthly charge, we investigate to determine the reason or find the mistake, including contacting the vendor on their behalf.

We pay the majority of our clients' bills using online bill payment through their bank, which means that we simply log in to their bank’s online system, tell the bank that we want to send a payment to the vendor.

• A few of our clients want more control of their payments. In these cases, we will set up all their bills to be ready to pay and inform the client that they are ready.
   
• The client will then print their own checks on their end, sign them and mail them out.
