Foster Results will store your QuickBooks files on a secure server that is backed up daily. We protect your financial information in the event of:

Server Security, Support and Disaster Recovery

Our server is housed in an offsite Network Operating Center (NOC) and monitored 24/7.

• The NOC provides a fire-safe environment, security redundancy, and firewall protection based on federally-accepted standards for security, the same criteria as used for banks and healthcare systems.
   
• We keep two copies of the information onsite, on a hard drive and a backup hard drive, so if one fails, the other picks up where the first left off.
   
• We can also provide have offsite backup, located on the other side of the country, in case something catastrophic were to occur, like a tornado hitting Indianapolis and losing our server.

Our Disaster Recovery Plan is set up so we can be completely up and running within 24 hours, but we can get our clients back up and running within 6-8 hours if something catastrophic were to happen. Most often, this occurs when something happens (usually human error-related) within the client's IT system and we have to go in and restore their files from the backup.
