The Client

Chicago Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center (CVESC) is located in Chicago, Illinois and recognizes the importance of pets to the family.  Their mission is to provide the most advanced medical and surgical care with the utmost compassion while exceeding the expectations of referring veterinarians.

The Challenge

CVESC needed timely information that was understandable and reconciled to the practice management system on a monthly basis.  Because the Center works with many specialty providers, it is imperative that accurate information be available in a timely manner.

The Solution

Foster Results moved the general ledger from an online format to a more robust general ledger system.  Additionally, Foster worked with staff to improve the month- end processes and procedures, create an electronic system for keeping financial information in an easily retrievable format and worked with the client to show them how to better understand the practice management software and how it works with the general ledger system.
